Learning and teaching the AT in the light of ancient wisdom and in the age of Artificial Intelligence

The Alexander Technique is not a healing method, but it aims to promote holistic well-being, becoming whole again. Modern skills crucial for this include interpersonal relations, effective use of technology, and adapting to the AI era while maintaining the importance of hands-on Alexander work—or not?
We are teachers and students at the same time.
As teachers, we need many non-method-specific skills and face the challenge of communicating the value of the Alexander Technique in a fast-paced, technology-driven world. Do we resist or adapt, fear or aim to understand, and use all these advancements to our advantage?
As students, we face rapid change and incredible uncertainty, with numerous available methods promising solutions to our problems. This highlights the importance of finding true value in life and work — something that wisdom traditions have offered us for millennia.
Despite these challenges, the core principles of the Alexander Technique must remain vital, requiring continuous adaptation and learning. How are we going to do that?
